Freedom Center Senior Prep/*High School Prep Program September 29th, 2008-May 7th, 2009
Senior Prep is for swimmers that are able to complete a 50 yard freestyle in under 35 seconds and are legal in all four competitive strokes as well as turns. This is a great program for competitive swimmers that want to prepare for an awesome summer swim season or want to get ready for the high-school swim season. Swimmers will work on stroke technique, starts, turns, finishes, speed, and endurance, while having a ton of fun!
* For swimmers that wish to also compete on their high-school swim teams, they have the option to swim in the senior prep program from October-November 2008, and then after the conclusion of the high-school season from February-May 2009.
This program offers the following practice days/times:
* There is a $55 non-refundable registration fee due upon registration and all swimmers will be issued a team cap and t-shirt at the first practice.
* No practice Days: 10/13, 11/26, 12/22-12/24, 12/29-12/31, 1/19, 2/16, 4/6-4/8
