Freedom Center Age Group 1 September 29th, 2008-May 7th, 2009 Age Group 1 is for swimmers that are able to complete a 50 yard freestyle in 45-60 seconds and are legal in all four of the competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breastroke, and butterfly). They must also be familiar with doing flip-turns. In this age-group, there will be a great deal of emphasis on stroke technique and development while also working a lot on starts, turns, and finishes. This is a great program for young swimmers that love swimming and that want to make great improvements for the summer league season! This program offers the following practice days/times:

* There is a $55 non-refundable registration fee due upon registration and all swimmers will be issued a team cap and t-shirt at the first practice.
