Cub Run RecCenter USS Program September 21st, 2009- May 14th, 2010 Home School Program: October 1st, 2009-May 13th, 2010
This is a wonderful program designed for swimmers 9 and older who are looking for a more competitive winter swimming program. In this program, swimmers will have the opportunity to compete in Potomac Valley Swim meets (PVS) during the winter swim season! The program will also emphasize continued stroke development while improving swimmers speed as well as endurance, and most importantly, keeping swimming fun!
Swimmers interested in this program must be legal in all four competitive swimming strokes and turns! It is also required and recommended that swimmers have at least two years of winter or summer league swimming experience.
Please e-mail Cub Run Riptide Head Coach, Florence Emanuel at: florence@enabling.com if you're interested in having your swimmer(s) join Riptide for the first time this winter. Space is limited at Cub Run, and we need to know swimmers times and experience levels to make sure the program is a good fit for them.
The Riptide Cub Run program offers the following practice days/times:

Pricing fees:
$100 Non Refundable Registration Fee per swimmer.

1 x a week home-school program = $315 2 x's a week home-school program = $620
12 And Up: Fall Tune-up September 22nd-November 12th, 2009

1 x a week (in addition to other full season practices) = $70 2 x's a week (in addition to other full season practices) = $130
12 And Up: Spring Tune-up February 16--May 13th, 2010

1 x a week = $140 2 x's a week = $250
1 x a week (in addition to other full season practices) = $110 2 x's a week (in addition to other full season practices) = $215
13 And Up
Pricing fees:
$100 Non Refundable Registration Fee per swimmer.
2 x's a week = $735 3 x's a week = $1,040
*Fee includes $70 Potomac Valley Swimming registration, Team T-Shirt and Cap!
