Our Mission is… ...to meet the needs of swimmers and triathletes of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to provide unique swimming and triathlon programs adaptable to our individual athlete. We offer swimming programs for age-groupers and masters swimmers with flexible practice sessions to fit around today's busy family schedules. We strive to improve our swimmers stroke techniques, while making practices fun, challenging, and rewarding. For triathletes, we offer outstanding swim/triathlon clinics and individual coaching services. Our highly professional and experienced coaches want to make swimming and triathlon a memorable and fulfilling experience that their athletes will carry with them for a lifetime.
Practices take place at the Freedom Aquatic Center in Manassas, which is one of the most beautiful swimming facilities in Northern Virginia and the new Cub Run RecCenter in Chantilly, Virginia!
